1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at arsash.com, deploying ARSASH IoT sensors, contracting equipment rentals, or using our waste telemetry dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download material (information or software dashboards) on ARSASH's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the source materials or telemetry formats;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or firmware contained on ARSASH dashboards or smart bins;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Equipment Rentals & Operations

All physical equipment rentals (including sweepers, vacuum trucks, and smart containers) are governed by specific rental logistics contracts signed at dispatch. Operators must possess valid Saudi commercial driver licenses and are responsible for routine daily checks. ARSASH retains full ownership of leased and rented equipment at all times.

4. Telemetry and Data Transmission

Our smart bins transmit telemetry data (filling percentages, temperature, battery stats) over local GSM network providers. While ARSASH utilizes secure data architectures, we are not responsible for cellular service interruptions or network downtime across KSA regions.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to ARSASH's website, equipment deployments, or dashboard telemetry services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Riyadh, KSA.
